I am currently seeing clients at Blue Heron Health Collective in Winthrop, WA. I offer a consultation and complete plan including dietary recommendations, bodywork and exercise recommendations and herbal protocols. I custom formulate herbal tinctures, salves, syrups and teas, as much as possible from plants I have grown or collected in my beautiful, mountain home.

I work within a framework, which is comfortable for you. This includes working along with programs from medical doctors and other health practitioners.

I live among the sagebrush, tall grasses and ponderosa pines, with 3 horses, a dog, a couple of cats, and a human or two.
